We’re on the lookout for a highly organised, proactive and experienced logistics professional to join a well-established operations team for a seasonal contract based near Auckland Airport.
This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in delivering a large-scale, high-volume production and dispatch project in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

About the Role:
This fixed-term opportunity (starting late August) will see you overseeing frozen production and outbound logistics activities across an Airport Oaks site.
You’ll manage inventory accuracy, coordinate logistics, liaise with 3PL providers, and ensure smooth and timely dispatch to customers.
You’ll be based at a temporary production warehouse near Airport Oaks and may occasionally travel to an offsite 3PL facility in Hawkes Bay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily frozen production and outbound logistics
- Ensure accurate inventory control, receipting, and stock takes
- Maintain data integrity across systems and ensure compliance with operational procedures
- Oversee the delivery and use of consumables at the frozen site
- Coordinate dispatch schedules and 3PL performance to ensure DIFOT standards
- Support dry goods warehouse operations when required
- Ensure Health & Safety best practices are followed at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years in inventory, warehouse, or logistics operations
- Proven ability to manage large volumes of stock across multiple sites
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid understanding of FMCG or merchandise logistics environments
- High attention to detail with a proactive problem-solving mindset
- Able to commit to the full fixed-term period (some flex on the end date
- A commerce or supply chain qualification is a bonus
