About the Opportunity

You’ll work closely with the operations and adviser teams across the country – providing training, checking advice files, rolling out new tools, and helping make the advice experience better for both clients and advisers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide structured feedback and support to advisers and nominated representatives
  • Maintain up-to-date advice templates, processes, and registers
  • Assist with onboarding, coaching, and ongoing development of advisers

  • Help embed scalable client service processes and technology tools
  • Act as a link between advice, client care, and operations teams
  • Support projects focused on improving adviser and client outcomes
  • Report regularly to the Operations Manager with insights and trends
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of advice delivery across the business

  • Flexible hours and work-from-home options
  • An opportunity to shape and grow with a business that’s investing in innovation
  • Supportive, down-to-earth team culture
  • Career development opportunities into advice, compliance, or leadership
