Looking for a practical role where your recruitment skills make a real difference during a period of change? Come and help an organisation that is going through a step change as a Senior Recruitment and HR Advisor and help shape their hiring approach and some of their internal communications. The is a temporary or contractor position running for approximately 3 months, Monday to Friday with an immediate start.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter with some HR Advisory experience to manage hiring and support organisational updates. You will handle technical engineering recruitment, work with a newly implemented system, and coordinate with managers and marketing teams. This role involves both hands-on recruitment and assisting with change processes within the company.
Responsibilities
- Carry out recruitment for engineering and technical roles – please note you don’t nessessarily need to have an engineering recruitment background, you could be a generalist or have recruited in some other technical capacity as part of your portfolio. We just need someone who will pick up the lingo and understanbd the candidates quickly!
- Use and manage recruitment tools and the companies new CRM
- Identify passive candidates and headhunt where needed
- Support communication and change management efforts
- Coordinate and draft communications or materials related to changes that the business is going through. This may include slides or one pagers where the content and design is provided.
- Work closely with hiring managers and key teams
- Assist with onboarding and health & safety procedures
About You
- Experience in recruitment and some HR functions would be key
- Knowledge of passive sourcing and candidate outreach
- Comfortable using recruitment systems and CRMs
- Team-oriented, reliable, and easy to work with
- Experience recruiting for engineering or technical roles
- Self-motivated with minimal supervision
