We’re looking for a Team Coordinator to handle administrative tasks and coordinate activities within a fast-paced real estate team. This role involves managing sales documentation, communicating with stakeholders, and providing daily support to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage sales documents and legal agreements
  • Coordinate deal processing and deposit receipts
  • Maintain and update sales databases
  • Liaise with solicitors, vendors, purchasers, and internal staff
  • Assist agents with day-to-day admin tasks
  • Support marketing activities and general office duties

About You

  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask
  • Good communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and able to work calmly under pressure
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Capable of managing multiple deadlines
  • Previous experience in administration or support roles is preferred
