Account Manager – Surgical & Medical

About the Role
You’ll be responsible for managing and growing key clinical accounts, working directly with hospitals, surgeons, theatre teams, and wider clinical stakeholders. This role blends hands‑on product support with strategic sales planning across the surgical and medical device portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow accounts within surgical, perioperative, and medical environments.
- Work closely with clinicians to understand technical and clinical needs, recommending appropriate devices and solutions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across NZ hospitals and healthcare providers.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasting, and reporting.
- Monitor competitor activity and market developments in the surgical and medical device sector.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues with professionalism and urgency.
About You
- Previous experience in surgical and/or medical device account management or clinical sales.
- Strong relationship‑building ability with surgeons, anaesthetists, theatre teams, and clinical stakeholders.
- Confident working independently and managing a national territory.
- Highly organised, proactive, and motivated by clinical impact.
- Passionate about supporting clinicians with high‑quality surgical and medical solutions.
