Our client is a growing technology company expanding globally. They are building a strong finance function and are looking for a hands-on Accountant to support core operations and help scale our processes.
About the Role
This part-time (0.5 FTE) role is ideal for a qualified accountant or experienced finance professional seeking flexibility while contributing to a high-growth business.
Reporting to the SVP Finance & Operations, you’ll manage a mix of day-to-day finance activities and month-end reporting, while also improving processes and supporting international growth.
Key Responsibilities
Month-End & Reporting
- Perform month-end close tasks (journals, accruals, prepayments, reconciliations)
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and support monthly reporting
- Assist with management accounts and variance analysis
Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Manage supplier invoices, payments and queries
- Support customer invoicing and monitor receivables
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Payroll & Expenses
- Assist with payroll processing, checks and reconciliations
- Review and manage employee expenses
Reconciliations & Controls
- Complete bank and credit card reconciliations
- Maintain clean, accurate financial records
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies
About You
- 5+ years’ experience in accounting or finance
- CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent experience)
- Strong month-end, reconciliation and reporting skills
- Experience across AP, AR and payroll
- Xero or QuickBooks experience (NetSuite a plus)
- Detail-oriented, organised and able to work independently
- Strong communication and practical problem-solving skills
