Customer Service & E-Commerce Fulfilment

About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced, highly reliable and self-sufficient individual to support their customer service and e-commerce fulfilment operations during a critical period as they sell down stock across their online stores.
You will take ownership of day-to-day order fulfilment and customer support, working independently while delivering consistently accurate and timely results.
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer enquiries via email and Zendesk with professionalism and accuracy
  • Process Shopify orders across multiple locations
  • Pick, pack and dispatch orders to strict courier deadlines (non-negotiable)
  • Manage returns and exchanges, liaising with freight and logistics providers
  • Maintain accurate stock levels, including transfers and adjustments
  • Prepare monthly stock and sales reporting
  • Keep the workspace organised, safe and efficient

Working Pattern

  • Monday & Thursday (On-site – Epsom)
    9:00am start | Orders must be ready for courier by 11:00am
  • Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday (Remote)
    Approx. 1–2 hours per day

About You
This role requires someone who is dependable, experienced, and able to work with minimal supervision from day one.

Essential

  • Proven experience in customer service, e-commerce, or order fulfilment
  • Exceptional reliability and punctuality – courier deadlines must be met daily
  • Strong attention to detail, especially with order accuracy and stock handling
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities without oversight
  • Clear and professional written communication skills

Highly Desirable

  • Hands-on experience with Shopify and/or Zendesk
  • Background in warehouse fulfilment or small-scale operations
  • Comfortable working in a standalone environment
