About the Role
The Christchurch team at Madison are in growth phase! As an experienced recruitment professional, you will be leveraging a portfolio of existing clients and continuing to build your desk through business development and relationship management. This role is responsible for delivering an individual revenue target by providing exceptional levels of recruitment service to candidates and clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be an end-to-end recruitment consultant in our Professional Services team, supported by an experienced recruiter and manager with over 10 years’ industry expertise.
Day to day you will:
- Proactively engage with new and existing businesses to promote our recruitment services and market expertise.
- Build and develop a portfolio of clients and candidates.
- Provide specialist recruitment advice, acting as a trusted partner to both clients and candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Support preferred supplier agreements and negotiate commercial terms with clients.
To be successful, you will be a professional, proactive and resourceful recruiter who:
- Brings 3-4 years’ recruitment experience, preferably within professional services, or demonstrates success in sales and account management roles.
- Builds trusted relationships and communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Thrives working autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
- Values delivering a high-quality and authentic experience for both clients and candidates.
