Originally from Dublin, Ireland, I’ve felt a deep connection to Aotearoa since my OE in 2009, and Auckland has been home since 2018. My recruitment journey kicked off in 2014 after 8 years in the beauty industry, time in retail and customer service before that. I stumbled into the recruitment world by chance, thanks to a client, and haven’t looked back since. I’m passionate about people, helping them achieve their career goals, while building capability that supports organisations reach their strategic objectives. This has propelled me through diverse roles, from recruiting direct sales and marketing professionals in the FMCG sector to managing multifaceted projects in People & Culture across the US, EMEA, and APAC regions.

For the past 5 years in NZ, I’ve been busy leading teams, nurturing a thriving MSP in a big corporate, and diving into all things People & Culture. With my knack for building relationships and diverse experience, I’m recruiting P&C professionals, while leading a team of specialist recruiters in the Professional Services space.

When I’m not working, I love spending time with my partner, our pup and friends, getting out in nature, and devouring the delicious kai on offer in this beautiful city of ours!
