I like to think of myself as a recruitment success story. After studying Media and Marketing at Victoria University, I found it difficult to discover a career that I had a true passion for. During a standard registration interview with Madison, I met my previous manager Owen and luckily he saw the recruiter in me. Shortly after I was offered a temporary role here at Madison, which has since turned into a career in recruitment.
Now, as a Senior Consultant in the Business Support team, I specialise in temporary Business Services recruitment across all sectors in Wellington. As a senior, a big focus of my role is supporting my team and manager any way I can to consistently improve our processes and . What I find most rewarding is building strong relationships with both candidates and clients, and the challenge of matching the right person to the right role.
