Suada Hoxha

Originally from Albania, raised in Ireland, and now living in beautiful New Zealand – my story’s been a bit of an adventure!
I’ve been lucky enough to live and work in a few different countries, which has given me the chance to meet some incredible people and learn a lot along the way. Most of my background has been in customer service and retail, which really helped me build strong communication skills and a love for working with people.

For the past couple of years, I’ve been working as a Candidate Manager at Madison, and it’s been an amazing ride so far. I work alongside a super supportive and inspiring team, and every day brings something new, which I love. Helping people find the right job fit and being part of their journey is something I genuinely find rewarding.

Outside of work, I love getting out and about in Wellington, especially on scenic walks that recharge the soul. I also enjoy fitness, experimenting in the kitchen, and creating meaningful moments with my family.
