After a career spanning more than decade in Sales Management and Business Process Outsourcing, driving large, high-performing sales teams, I sought a change and made the jump into agency recruitment. Now 6 years in I specialise in recruitment across the construction and engineering sectors, where I connect businesses with skilled talent that matches both their operational needs and company culture.

My approach is driven by a commitment to understanding the unique needs of every organisation I work with, which has allowed me to develop a sharp understanding of how to align top-tier candidates with the demands of these industries. I believe in fostering strong, genuine relationships with my clients. I value collaboration, clear communication, and I am dedicated to delivering great results for both clients and candidates. Outside of work I’m a father of two young boys who love the outdoors, so you’ll find us down at the beach or out fishing. When we aren’t outside, I’m busy renovating our house on Waiheke.
