Administration, Marketing and Events Executive

Madison Recruitment is seeking skilled administrators and team coordinators, for a variety of exciting permanant opportunities in central Auckland. If you’re organised, proactive, and ready to take on a new challenge, we have roles that could be perfect for you. Current Opportunities:

  • Team Coordinator (Marketing, Admin & Events) – Real Estate
    Be part of a high-performing team, assisting with marketing administration, event coordination, and managing contracts and documentation. A sharp eye for detail and great organisational skills are a must.
  • Sales & Marketing Administrator – Real Estate
    Support a dynamic agent with property listings, flyers, newsletters, campaigns, and administrative tasks. Bilingual in Mandarin and English is essential.
  • Office Administrator – Construction
    Use your expertise with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel to handle document control, minute-taking, and general office administration in a fast-paced construction environment.

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • An interest in a variety of different tasks such as events, administration, potentially minute taking and diary management
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • For some roles, fluency in Mandarin and English is required
