We recruit for a wide range of roles across numerous companies and are seeking experienced candidates who have previous administration experience. We have a number of short term and long-term temporary roles that require an immediate start. 

Current roles include: 

Customer Service Administrator
Albany – ongoing temporary assignment (possible perm opportunity)

  • Entering Orders into the system
  • Answering enquiries via phone and email
  • invoicing, filing and other ad hoc admin tasks

 
National Client Desk Administrator 
Albany – 6 weeks from the 23rd of September 

  • Answering email and phone enquiries
  • Putting through orders through to invoicing stage 

Project Coordonator 
Devonport – 3 month temporary role

  • Manage day-to-day communication with internal stakeholders and vendors, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of issues
  • Provide high-level administrative and project support

 
Reception
Takapuna (North Shore) – temporary role

  • Answering phone calls
  • Administration support
  • Handling face to face and email enquiries

 
To be successful, you need to:

  • Be available to start immediately and for a minimum of 3 months
  • Have a can-do, positive attitude and are willing to go the extra mile
  • Be computer savvy with proficient MS Office skills
  • Have exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
