We recruit for a wide range of roles across numerous companies and are seeking experienced candidates who have previous administration experience. We have a number of short term and long term temporary roles that require an immediate start. 

Example of roles include:

Part-time Administrator – Albany 
Temporary – 5 months 
24 hours per week

Supply Chain Administrator– Devonport
Temporary – 3-6 months  

Data Entry Administrator – Devonport 
Temporary – 3-6 months  

Reception – Wairau Valley
Temporary – 4 weeks 

Rostering Coordinator – Takapuna
Temporary – 3-6 months 

Office Administrator – Albany 
Temporary – 3 months + 

To be successful, you need to:

  • Be available to start immediately and for a minimum of 3 months
  • Prior administration/coordination experience 
  • Have a can-do, positive attitude and are willing to go the extra mile
  • Be computer savvy with proficient MS Office skills – particularly with Excel
  • Have exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
