About the Company:
Established nearly three decades ago as specialists in international and national events and conferences. Our client has since expanded their expertise to include awards management, international bids, and corporate events. Based in Mount Eden, they are now renowned for orchestrating large-scale medical and scientific meetings, exhibitions, and Government conferences across Australasia and Asia. A unique opportunity awaits within their Delegate Services team, and it could be yours to seize!
About the Role:

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday
  • Office located in Mount Eden
  • Enjoy the flexibility of working from home two days per week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays)
  • Responsibilities include efficiently processing registrations, abstract submissions, and accommodation bookings for conference participants
  • Primarily office-based administrative work, with occasional on-site duties at conference registration desks
  • Strong communication skills are essential for liaising with stakeholders, participants, colleagues, and clients

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Positive attitude and a passion for excellence
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Tertiary degree or equivalent qualification preferred
