Outbound Sales Agent
Competitive hourly rate based on experience

About the role: While working from home (anywhere in NZ), make outbound business to business calls to decision makers across SME and large organisations to assess needs for the service, software or hardware your campaign is selling. You could work across numerous campaigns and will learn about may aspects of technology sales.

Day to day responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls from a provided leads list
  • Enter accurate call data – great spelling and grammar is a must!
  • Write sales reports in specified format for completed sales
  • Liaise with Account Managers for any questions and upskilling

Start Date: This is a temporary assignment, starting ASAP until 20th December 2024 with the potential to extend!
Days/ Hours: Monday – Friday 11am – 7pm (no early starts!)
Location: Work from home (Skip the traffic!)
Pay: Competitive hourly rate + 8% holiday pay + $50 – $300 in commission per week!
About You: Your confident phone manner and engaging conversational skills means you have no problems picking up the phone to call businesses. In addition, your experience includes:

  • Proven experience in a phone-based sales role
  • IT/tech knowledge is advantageous
  • Ability to shake it off after hearing no (the resilience of Taylor Swift!)
  • The ability to build strong relationships
  • Evidence that you have achieved goals or targets in previous roles
