Hospitality Staff – Casual

Madison Recruitment are recruiting a large number of hospitality staff to assist with world-class events. Once registered with Madison we will keep in contact with you about upcoming casual shifts if you wish to hear about the shifts we have available. 

In these roles you will be required to provide exceptional service to guests attending events that will include cocktail functions, breakfasts, lunches, dinners, workshops, seminars, and many more.

We typically look to recruit the following roles:

  • Food & Beverage Attendants
  • Food & Beverage Supervisors
  • Baristas
  • Event set-up
  • Kitchen hands

Based in the CBD and offering a variety of shift hours, these roles are perfect for anyone wanting to earn some extra cash and fit work around other commitments such as study, child-care, part-time work etc.

We’re looking for people with:

  • Incredible people skills – you’ll love putting a smile on people’s faces!
  • Experience working at pace in hospitality settings – events experience is a big plus if you have it
  • A can-do, professional attitude and great work ethic
  • Team focus – you’ll enjoy working as part of a supportive team delivering high-quality service
