As part of their continued growth, they are looking for an experienced residential lending consultant to provide expert mortgage advice and support clients through the lending process.
The Role As a Lending Consultant, you will:
- Meet with clients to understand their financial goals and develop tailored lending solutions.
- Recommend suitable lenders, loan products, and repayment structures.
- Provide expert home lending advice to new and existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and lending institutions.
- Assist in preparing loan applications and securing approvals.
- Support the Application Specialist when required.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in residential home lending with NZ banks, mortgage advisory firms, or financial organisations.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (non-negotiable but a huge advantage in this market).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A client-focused approach with the ability to build trust and rapport.
