About the Job: Looking to take your customer service skills to the next level? We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to play a vital role in fostering positive relationships between store owners, the public, and the community. You’ll engage with local businesses and residents, providing excellent customer service by resolving conflicts and addressing concerns in a calm, professional manner. Your focus will be on ensuring smooth interactions, promoting understanding and maintaining a positive, supportive environment for Tamaki Makaurau.
Key Details:
- ASAP start – must be available immediately until May 2025
- $30 per hour + 8% holiday pay
- Based in Auckland CBD
- Work across all 7 days on a rotating roster
Responsibilities:
- Walking through the community monitoring the public
- Responding to incidents safely and efficiently
- Dispatching resources proactively
- Liaising with local businesses
- Supporting the community
About You:
- Experience in managing conflict
- Comfortable standing and walking for long shifts
- Customer service experience
- Resilient, reliable and a great team player
