About the Role
Are you an organised, tech-savvy communicator looking to dive into a large-scale HR data project? We’re seeking three HR Administrators to join an ongoing data normalisation project in a public sector environment. This full-time, temporary role runs until 30 June 2025 — an excellent opportunity to build HR and data experience.
What you’ll do:
- Support a data normalisation project alongside an established team.
- Collaborate with business units to gather and verify data.
- Work across multiple systems, platforms, and spreadsheets.
- Follow set processes while thinking critically to solve data challenges.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability in all data tasks.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to follow directions while thinking outside the box.
- Tech-savvy and confident navigating various systems and spreadsheets.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable with repetitive tasks.
- NZ Citizenship or Permanent Residency preferred.
