Our client who are a well-known and loved Kiwi brand are looking for a commercially savvy Finance Business Partner to join the New Zealand team and provide meaningful insights that drive smarter decisions and performance outcomes across their local operations and global support functions.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide insightful commercial support to business leaders and global stakeholders
- Develop, maintain, and communicate profitability reporting and metrics
- Partner with teams to implement and enhance BI tools that improve visibility and reporting
- Lead monthly P&L production, variance analysis, and cost centre reporting
- Support the annual budget and forecast process, including preparation of consolidated P&Ls and narrative commentary
- Contribute to financial process improvements and automation initiatives across the group
- Oversee capex reporting and help develop tools for financial assessments
- Provide ad hoc financial support as required
- Be a trusted partner to senior leadership, contributing to strategic planning and decision making
What You’ll Bring:
You’re a confident communicator and analytical thinker who thrives on solving problems and partnering with diverse teams. Ideally, you’ll have:
- A finance/accounting degree and 3+ years’ experience in a finance business partnering role
- Strong Excel skills and the ability to work with large data sets
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a high attention to detail
- A passion for continuous improvement and process efficiency
- Experience working in dynamic, high-energy environments
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to influence at all levels
