Are you an experienced and dynamic individual with a passion for supporting business growth and fostering positive change? We are seeking an Executive Assistant/Business Manager to join our client and play a crucial role in assisting the inspiring CEO in taking the business to the next level.
Position Type: Permanent, part-time, 15 hours per week across five days, flexible hours
Location: Remote work with weekly in-person meeting in Auckland Central
Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 pro rata

Key Duties:
- Inbox & Calendar Management: Provide seamless support to the CEO in managing their inbox, calendar, and event coordination.
- Website Management & Social Media: Take charge of website management, create content calendars, and maintain a strong social media presence on LinkedIn.
- Client Relationship Management: Drive sales initiatives, generate new leads, and establish strategic partnerships to contribute to the growth of the business.
- Project Management: Lead the rollout of their new digital learning platform, managing aspects of marketing, sales, and troubleshooting IT issues once live.
