Executive Assistant

About the role 
Two senior leaders are looking for a skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to provide in-depth support to them. Their work spans strategic partnerships, frontline service delivery, and direct community engagement. This is a unique opportunity to make a tangible difference while supporting leaders who are deeply committed to their people and communities. 
You’ll play a critical role in keeping things on track — anticipating needs, staying ahead of shifting priorities, and making sure the wheels keep turning. From diary and inbox management to supporting communications, planning, and problem-solving, you’ll be a trusted right hand in a fast-moving, purpose-driven environment. 
 
Location  
This role is primarily office-based, with most of your time spent at their CBD location. This is a highly collaborative role where being present and connected with the team makes a real difference. Key responsibilities  

  • Provide executive support including calendar management, meeting coordination, and inbox triage
  • Track and manage tasks, timelines, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met
  • Communicate clearly and kindly with internal teams, external partners, and communities
  • Help problem-solve and identify solutions proactively, often before issues arise
  • Support team operations and project coordination across a variety of stakeholders
  • Use digital tools and systems to streamline processes and make work easier for others
  • Stay flexible and responsive as priorities shift — no two days are the same

About you  
You’re highly organised, always ten steps ahead, and able to prioritise effectively while remaining calm under pressure. Empathetic and warm, you genuinely enjoy helping others succeed and bring a clear, professional, and friendly communication style to everything you do. You’re a natural problem-solver who looks for smarter, more efficient ways to get things done, and you thrive in environments that require adaptability, proactivity, and comfort with ambiguity. Most importantly, you’re driven by work that has a real, human impact. 
 
What you’ll bring  

  • Proven experience supporting senior leaders or teams in dynamic environments
  • Advanced administrative, organisational, and communication skills
  • Confidence using digital tools and platforms (e.g. MS Office, task management tools)
  • The ability to balance compassion with efficiency and professionalism
  • A collaborative mindset – you’re someone who contributes to a positive team culture
