  • Shape a newly created role with real scope and autonomy
  • Join a collaborative, values-led team driving meaningful change
  • Flexible, trust-based environment – manage your time and in-office days

Are you a seasoned Communications Lead with a knack for navigating complexity, aligning stakeholders across a wider group, and bringing clarity to change?

About the role: This newly created, principal-level role sits at the heart of the programme, leading internal communications and engagement strategy across a group of organisations. Reporting to the Programme Director, you’ll work closely with the Change Manager and wider programme team to drive clear, consistent messaging across a complex and evolving environment. • Align internal engagement efforts across a diverse organisational group – bringing cohesion and clarity to the transformation
  • Partner with the Change Manager to ensure messaging supports adoption and progress
  • Operate with agility in a newly defined role – shaping comms processes, frameworks, and tools from the ground up

About You: You’re an experienced internal communications leader with a background in large, complex organisations – ideally across group environments. You’re confident working with senior stakeholders, thrive in ambiguity, and know how to cut through complexity with clear, impactful messaging.

You’ll also bring:

  • Proven success leading internal comms during large-scale organisational change
  • Experience working across group entities or shared service models
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to build relationships at all levels, especially executive
  • Strong storytelling and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience managing comms for projects impacting 1,000+ FTEs
  • Confidence in building something from scratch – this role is newly formed with no set framework
  • Collaborative and outcomes-focused approach – someone who can partner seamlessly with the change and programme team

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary and a rare chance to lead comms strategy at scale across multiple organisations
  • Flexible working – hybrid model with no set in-office days
  • Purpose-driven team culture that values initiative, trust, and collaboration
  • Opportunity to shape a brand-new role and leave your mark on an organisation-wide change
