Are you an experienced Change Manager with a proven track record of delivering large-scale technology transformations? We’re looking for someone who can lead from the front, influence at the highest levels, and drive sustainable change in a complex, fast-moving environment.

The Role

This is an opportunity to shape and embed change across key initiatives, including a major enterprise system implementation. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, project teams, and business stakeholders to ensure that new systems, processes, and ways of working are successfully adopted and deliver measurable value.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the full change management lifecycle from strategy and planning to implementation and embedding.
• Embed the organisation’s change principles by providing tools, guidance, and support to drive people-focused, outcome-driven change, while managing risks, assessing impacts, and ensuring sustainability.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to influence decision-making and ensure organisational readiness.
• Deliver change reporting as needed, covering pipeline updates, heat map insights, resourcing, risks, and overall status.

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

• 5–6+ years’ proven success delivering formal change management for major programmes in large, complex environments.
• Significant experience with enterprise system rollouts (Salesforce experience highly regarded).
• Strong skills in change impact assessment, executive stakeholder engagement, and navigating shifting priorities, turning complex challenges into clear insights that inform decision-making at all levels.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills at all levels, including executive leadership.
• At least 5 years’ experience designing and delivering business change across diverse environments, impacting groups of 1,000+ FTE across multiple business units.
• A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (or equivalent experience).
