Client Manager – Mortgage Broking

We’re seeking an organised, customer‑focused Client Manager to support our mortgage broking team and deliver an exceptional client experience from application through to settlement.
This is a pivotal role working closely with advisers, lenders and clients to ensure loan applications are handled smoothly, compliantly and efficiently. If you thrive in a fast‑paced financial services environment and enjoy being the central point of connection, we’d love to hear from you.

About the role

As Client Manager, you will:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the home loan journey
  • Provide clear, timely updates and respond to client queries with professionalism and empathy
  • Assist advisers with preparing, submitting and tracking loan applications
  • Collect, verify and manage client documentation in line with lender and regulatory requirements
  • Liaise with lenders, conveyancers, real estate agents and other stakeholders to ensure smooth approvals and settlements
  • Maintain accurate records across CRM systems and broker platforms
  • Support compliance checks, file maintenance and audit readiness
  • Identify opportunities to improve client service and operational efficiency

Skills & experience

  • Background or qualification in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field (preferred)
  • Understanding of home loan products and lending processes
  • Experience in mortgage broking, banking or financial services (advantageous but not essential)
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (desirable, not essential)
