About the role
This is a hands‑on support role where you’ll work closely with internal teams to keep finance and business operations ticking along. You’ll handle core finance tasks, support reporting and compliance, and help keep systems and records in good shape.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting day‑to‑day finance and business operations
  • Processing invoices, expenses, purchase orders, and payments
  • Assisting with reconciliations, budgets, and reports
  • Keeping records, data, and documentation accurate and up to date
  • Supporting audits and internal controls
  • Responding to finance and admin queries across the business

About you
You’re practical, organised, and comfortable working with numbers. You take pride in doing things properly, communicate clearly, and don’t mind juggling a few priorities at once.

You’ll bring:

  • Experience in finance coordination, business support, or administration
  • Confidence working with financial processes and systems
  • Strong attention to detail and time‑management skills
  • Solid Excel skills and confidence learning new systems
