About the roles:

You’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting executives with diary management, meeting coordination, and a range of administrative tasks. If you’re adaptable, proactive, and thrive in fast-paced environments, we’d love to hear from you!

What we’re looking for:

  • Immediate availability or short notice period
  • Previous experience supporting managers or executives
  • Strong diary management skills
  • Minute-taking experience (advantageous but not essential)
  • High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills—written and verbal
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, typing)
