Events Producer

Support the Head of Partnerships & Engagement to design and deliver high-profile, high-impact events for some of New Zealand’s most influential leaders.

This role goes beyond execution—it’s about curating exceptional experiences. You’ll take approved briefs and shape them into thoughtful, high-quality events that reflect purpose, professionalism, and impact.

The Organisation:

Our client is a well-established, purpose-driven organisation delivering leadership and development programmes for senior professionals across Aotearoa.

Following a period of transformation, the organisation is focused on strengthening delivery, lifting capability, and expanding its impact.

While purpose-led, it operates with commercial pace and high expectations around quality and delivery. The culture is collaborative, ambitious, and outcomes-focused—well suited to individuals who enjoy ownership, autonomy, and working with senior, high-calibre stakeholders.

The Role:

As Event Producer, you will lead the end-to-end curation and delivery of a portfolio of events attended by New Zealand’s most senior leaders, including CEOs of major organisations, Chairs, Board members, political figures, and influential decision-makers.

This role is ideally suited to someone who enjoys shaping and elevating event experiences, not just delivering them. You’ll play a key part in designing how events feel, flow, and resonate with a senior audience.

Alongside this, you’ll have the opportunity to build a powerful professional network, working closely with some of the country’s most influential leaders and organisations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end curation and delivery of a diverse portfolio of events, including flagship, partner, regional, online, and community events
  • Shape event concepts, flow, and experience—bringing briefs to life in a way that resonates with a senior audience
  • Manage all logistics, including venue sourcing, supplier management, catering, run sheets, guest lists, and on-the-day coordination
  • Develop and maintain an annual events calendar across brands and channels
  • Contribute to the evolution of event formats to continuously lift engagement and impact
  • Ensure accurate CRM management, data integrity, and effective post-event follow-up

About You:

  • Proven experience delivering, and ideally curating or designing, complex senior-level events
  • Background in corporate or professional services environments
  • Confident and credible engaging with senior executives, board members, and stakeholders
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable managing competing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on experience, flow, and quality
  • Experience with CRM systems and automation tools (HubSpot preferred)

Why This Role?

  • Unparalleled access to New Zealand’s senior leadership community, building relationships with CEOs, board members, and influential figures
  • A unique opportunity to accelerate your network and exposure at the highest level
  • The chance to shape and curate meaningful experiences, not just deliver events
  • Purpose-led work with tangible impact across the leadership landscape
  • Modern, open-plan offices in the heart of Auckland CBD
  • A collaborative, high-performing team with strong momentum

This opportunity is best suited to someone motivated by exposure, impact, and long-term career growth, where the experience, network, and access on offer are a key part of the overall value proposition.
