We’re on the look out for a Communications Coordinator who knows how to turn information into engaging stories and keep everyone in the loop. This is a hands-on role where you’ll support the planning, creation, and delivery of internal and external communications that actually land clear, timely, and on point.
If you’re organised, creative, and love juggling a mix of content, channels, and stakeholders, this could be your next move.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Create and deliver engaging communications across email, intranet, social media, and other channels
- Support the development and execution of communication plans and campaigns
- Write, edit, and proof content from short updates through to longer-form pieces
- Coordinate internal communications to ensure teams stay informed and aligned
- Assist with events, announcements, and key organisational updates
- Maintain content calendars and keep things running like clockwork
- Work closely with teams across the business to bring stories to life
- Monitor engagement and continuously improve communication effectiveness
What You’ll Bring:
- Previous experience in a communications or marketing coordination role
- Strong writing and editing skills (clear, concise, and audience-focused)
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confidence working with stakeholders at all levels
- A proactive, can-do attitude with attention to detail
- Familiarity with digital platforms (e.g. intranet, social media, email platforms)
