Communications Coordinator

We’re on the look out for a Communications Coordinator who knows how to turn information into engaging stories and keep everyone in the loop. This is a hands-on role where you’ll support the planning, creation, and delivery of internal and external communications that actually land clear, timely, and on point.

If you’re organised, creative, and love juggling a mix of content, channels, and stakeholders, this could be your next move.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Create and deliver engaging communications across email, intranet, social media, and other channels
  • Support the development and execution of communication plans and campaigns
  • Write, edit, and proof content from short updates through to longer-form pieces
  • Coordinate internal communications to ensure teams stay informed and aligned
  • Assist with events, announcements, and key organisational updates
  • Maintain content calendars and keep things running like clockwork
  • Work closely with teams across the business to bring stories to life
  • Monitor engagement and continuously improve communication effectiveness

What You’ll Bring:

  • Previous experience in a communications or marketing coordination role
  • Strong writing and editing skills (clear, concise, and audience-focused)
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confidence working with stakeholders at all levels
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with digital platforms (e.g. intranet, social media, email platforms)
