About the Role

We’re looking for a temporary Receptionist – New Plymouth who is immediately available to manage front desk operations in lovely warm healthcare environment. You’ll be the first point of contact, handling customer interactions, and supporting administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients professionally
  • Manage incoming calls and emails
  • Handle appointment scheduling
  • Maintain a tidy and organised reception area
  • Assist with administrative paperwork
  • Support team members as needed

About You

  • Friendly and customer-focused attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisational abilities
  • Previous reception or admin experience preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic office equipment
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
