We’re recruiting for 3 Facilities Managers to support a large-scale residential property portfolio. This is a hands-on, site-focused role where you’ll be assessing property risk, coordinating contractors, and working closely with internal teams to ensure homes and sites are safe, compliant, and well-maintained.
The Role
You’ll step into a busy environment with a significant volume of properties requiring consistent facilities oversight. The work is residential (not commercial) and will suit someone confident operating across multiple sites, juggling competing priorities, and driving outcomes through contractors and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete property / site risk assessments and identify remedial actions
- Manage and coordinate facilities maintenance contractors on-site (scheduling, quality, safety, follow-up)
- Work across internal teams to ensure sites are safe and fit for purpose
- Monitor works progress, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
- Support a responsive, high-urgency workflow across a large portfolio
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in facilities management
- Strong capability managing contractors and multiple workstreams
- Practical understanding of H&S / site safety and risk management in a property environment
- Confident stakeholder communicator with solid organisation and follow-through
- Auckland-based and available for an on-site contract role
