This newly created role sits right at the heart of clinical product decision‑making. You’ll work closely with clinicians, suppliers, and internal partners to roll out product changes that save money, improve patient outcomes, and deliver real impact.
What you’ll be doing:
- Driving clinical product optimisation
- Identifying high‑impact opportunities through data
- Partnering with clinicians, suppliers, and key stakeholders
- Coordinating product transitions and change adoption
- Delivering sustainable commercial and clinical outcomes
About you:
You’re commercially sharp, confident influencing senior stakeholders, and love making things happen. You’ve likely come from clinical product, equipment or pharmaceutical sales, supply chain, procurement, or health tech — and you’re comfortable navigating complex environments.
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in roles requiring strong influence
- Proven stakeholder engagement and delivery skills
- Strong commercial and analytical thinking
- Healthcare or clinical product experience (ideal, not essential)
