Healthcare Coordinator
Part Time – 12 hours per week
Join a purpose-driven team supporting survivors of sexual harm through compassionate, culturally safe care.
We are seeking a resilient and organised coordinator to play a key role within a multidisciplinary wellness team, supporting kiritaki on their recovery journey.
Working closely with clinical and operational teams, you’ll manage referrals, support client engagement, and help keep the service running smoothly.
What you’ll do:
- Coordinate referrals, triage support, and manage waitlists
- Provide consistent communication and support to kiritaki
- Support service delivery, scheduling, and programme coordination
- Manage administrative processes including invoicing and reporting
What you’ll bring:
- Experience supporting clients in a mental health or wellbeing setting
- Bachelor’s degree in a health or social sciences field (e.g., psychology) or equivalent
- A compassionate, culturally safe, trauma-informed approach
- Experience working with Māori and/or Pacific communities
