About the Role:

We are looking for an healthcare leader to oversee high-quality aged care services in a modern facility in Christchurch. This pivotal role involves managing operations, ensuring resident-centred care, and driving continuous improvement within a supportive, values-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily care home operations to ensure safety and quality
• Manage budgets, occupancy, and resource allocation
• Motivate and develop team members and future leaders
• Build strong relationships with residents, whānau, and stakeholders

About You:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in aged care or healthcare
• Proven expertise in operational and financial management
• Strong understanding of NZ aged care regulations and standards
• Committed to person-centred, culturally safe care aligned with Te Tiriti o Waitangi
