About the Role
You’ll be the go-to person for customer orders, sales support, and operations – managing a busy inbox, processing orders with speed & accuracy, and keeping everything running smoothly between customers, sales reps, logistics, and the warehouse

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for inbound customer queries and orders
  • Process orders across multiple channels with speed and accuracy
  • Manage a high-volume inbox, ensuring nothing is missed or delayed
  • Process credits, return, and resolve delivery or product issues
  • Liaise with logistics partners and manage delivery outcomes and claims
  • Maintain and reconcile inventory levels with 3PL providers
  • Update ERP systems and manage product and pricing data
  • Upload invoices into FMCG portals, especially around month-end
  • Assist with warehouse operations (stock, picking, organising, devanning)
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements and operational efficiency

  • A proactive mindset—especially during quieter periods, finding ways to add value

Experience & Skills:

  • Background in sales support, customer service, and administration
  • Basic to intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience with ERP or inventory systems (preferred)
