We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to provide leadership across operations in a health care environment!
This is a hands-on role for a proactive leader who can keep operations running smoothly, support teams, and drive continuous improvement across multiple sites.

- Multi site across North Shore and Rodney region
- Opportunity to lead key operational functions and contribute to strategic improvements
Reporting into senior leadership, you will be responsible for the effective delivery of operational services across multiple sites, ensuring facilities, assets, systems, and support services are operating efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support operational teams across multiple sites
- Oversee facilities, asset, maintenance and contract management activities
- Manage relationships with contractors, service providers and key stakeholders
- Develop and implement building maintenance plans
- Review and streamline contract management processes, including automation and system implementation
- Establish and manage Request for Proposal processes
- Partner with the Finance Manager to review maintenance expenditure and assess outsourcing opportunities
- Finalise and test Business Continuity Plans
- Review and enhance after-hours security and on-call processes
- Support recruitment activities, including interviewing for IT and Operations roles as required
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across systems, processes and service delivery
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, security and organisational requirements
To be successful in this role you will bring:
- Proven experience in operations management within a complex multi-site environment
- Strong experience in asset management, facilities management and contract management
- Experience developing and implementing business continuity plans (BCP)
- Knowledge of security operations and risk management practices
- Strong people leadership skills, including managing multidisciplinary teams
- Experience leading change and driving operational improvements
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes within tight timeframes
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
- Recruitment and interviewing experience would be advantageous
- A practical, solutions-focused approach with a hands-on leadership style
- Full New Zealand Driver Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
