Key Responsibilities
- Perform laboratory testing and analysis of raw materials and manufacturing samples
- Monitor manufacturing processes and identify opportunities to improve quality and efficiency
- Investigate production and quality issues using structured problem-solving techniques
- Support process optimisation, plant trials and continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyse technical data and prepare reports to support operational decisions
- Assist with quality systems, laboratory procedures and technical documentation
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering and Quality teams to improve manufacturing performance
About You
You are:

- Organised, proactive and eager to learn
- Interested in applying chemistry in a manufacturing environment
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Technology or a related discipline
- Up to two years’ experience in laboratory, manufacturing or quality environments (graduates encouraged to apply)
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Knowledge of laboratory practices and safe work procedures
- Good Microsoft Excel and reporting skills
- Experience in specialty chemicals, resins, polymers, coatings or adhesives is advantageous but not essential
