What You’ll Be Doing
You will be an end-to-end recruitment consultant in our Professional Services team; lead by an experienced manager with over 20 years in the finance and accounting sectors.
Day to day you will:
- Proactively engage with new and existing businesses to promote our recruitment services and market expertise
- Build and develop a portfolio of clients and candidates
- Provide specialist advice across the finance and accounting sector, acting as a trusted partner to both clients and candidates
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Support preferred supplier agreements and negotiate commercial terms with clients
About You
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in professional services recruitment, preferably within the finance and accounting sector.
- A strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Demonstrated business development and client relationship management experience.
- The ability to influence and build credibility with senior decision-makers.
