Registered Health Professional

Be part of a dedicated service supporting young people with mental health, wellbeing and behavioural needs. Working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team, you’ll provide assessment, intervention and clinical support to help young people and their whānau achieve positive outcomes. With manageable caseloads, strong leadership and Monday to Friday hours, you’ll have the time and support to do your best work.

  • Other Registered Health Professionals

Applicants must hold current registration and a practising certificate with their relevant professional body.

About the Role:

  • Provide assessment, support and intervention for young people with mental health and wellbeing needs.
  • Work closely with clinicians, peer support workers and support workers within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Support young people through therapeutic and recovery-focused approaches.
  • Contribute clinical expertise within a well-established service.
  • Monday to Friday, standard business hours.
  • No weekends or sleepover shifts.

About You:

  • Registered health professional with a current practising certificate.
  • Experience in youth mental health, community mental health, AOD or a related field.
  • Confident working with a range of presentations, including higher-risk situations.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Enjoy working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Passionate about supporting young people and achieving positive outcomes.

  • Salary is based on an established remuneration scale, ranging from $68,000 to $102,000 per annum. Placement within the scale will reflect the successful candidate’s profession, qualifications, registration and experience.
