Katie Neave-Hall

Originally from Canada and raised in the UK, Katie spent two years in Australia before moving to New Zealand. On her second day in Auckland, she met Mandy at Madison, who placed her at Auckland Council, helping her toward residency.

After welcoming her first child, Katie was eager to return to work. Remembering Mandy’s support, she joined Madison’s Government Recruitment team, shifting from candidate to consultant. Now, with her understanding of international recruitment and personal migration experience, Katie helps newcomers to NZ, sharing her own stories on her migration journey, helping candidates navigate to their dream healthcare jobs in this beautiful country.

As a Candidate Consultant, she creates a supportive environment for clients, assuring them that “no question is too much.”
