A bit about me

My recruitment journey started back in the UK where I worked in volume recruitment at Gatwick Airport. When I arrived in New Zealand there was an opportunity to join Madison dealing with Government Volume recruitment – I jumped on this and haven’t looked back! I quickly grasped New Zealand employment legislation and built processes around this to ensure all government projects are smooth running when working at pace.

Since then, I have gained specialised knowledge in volume roles, temporary or permanent, within the public sector and enjoy the fast-paced nature of this type of recruitment. I love the satisfaction of achieving the goals set by our clients whilst giving our candidates a top-class experience that sets them up for their working careers.

Outside of work you will find me throwing the tent in the back of a car and heading for adventures outside of the city!
