Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Oversee department operations to ensure high-quality services and compliance.
- Motivate and lead your team to deliver exceptional service.
- Manage daily operations, staffing, and professional growth.
- Monitor stock control and introduce innovative methodologies.
- Collaborate across the large network and lead operational projects.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Registration as a Medical Laboratory Scientist in Biochemistry with a current Annual Practicing Certificate (or readiness to meet requirements).
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience in team management.
- Proven track record in leading technical teams and managing budgets.
- At least 5 years of experience in Biochemistry.
- Proficiency in IT, including laboratory information systems (LIS), Word, and Excel.
