Community Compliance Wardens wanted! We are looking for community support officers within the community. Community support officers will be out in the community engaging with store owners and the public ensuring smooth relationships and resolving low level conflict.

Key Details

• Must be available immediatley until February 2025
• $30 per hour + 8% holiday pay
• Based in CBD
• work across all 7 days on a rotating roster

 
About the role

This supportive team will be supporting the community and local business owners managing low level conflict and safety.
 

Duties will involve.

• Walking through the community monitoring the public
• Responding to incidents safely and efficiently
• Dispatching resources proactively
• Liasing with local businesses
• supporting the community

 
About you

• Experience in managing conflict
• Comfortable standing and walking for long shifts 
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Resilient, reliable and a great team player
