Working closely with large government organisations, we are looking for accurate and efficient Data Information officer to join busy, supportive and passionate team in the coming weeks. Based in City Central, this position will allow you build on your current experience and develop your skills to support leaders and the wider team.

About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team on a temporary basis to help make heritage information more accessible to the public. This role involves working with a large database of information on Auckland’s heritage sites
Responsibilities
- Reviewing extensive records, extracting key details, and summarising them into concise, well-structured content for public use.
- Maintain our database, refine record-keeping processes, and develop proactive programs to resolve schedule issues.
- Supporting the team with any adhoc duties

- Strong written and verbal communication skills – you’ll need to summarise complex information into clear, professional content.

- Interest in Auckland’s heritage is a plus
