Job description

Madison Recruitment is partnering with a well-known business to find a dedicated and experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a 3-month temporary contract. If you have a strong background in HR/recruitment administration and are passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up requisitions, draft, and post job adverts
  • Assist with reporting and database management
  • Screen CVs, book and coordinate candidate interviews
  • Facilitate background checks and manage the onboarding process
  • Work closely with the Senior Consultant to ensure seamless recruitment operations

Location: Auckland CBD
Duration: 3 month temporary contract 
Start date: Immediate start 

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong administration experience in HR or recruitment
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes and risk management
  • Passionate about candidate care and delivering a positive experience
  • Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on process
  • Experience with Snaphire or other ATS platforms is preferred
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly, work proactively, and operate autonomously
