Programme Advisor

We’re looking for a passionate Programme Advisor to join our team, supporting the development and delivery of community-based initiatives that reflect our commitment to environmental sustainability.

Specific:

  • Full time, Monday to Friday
  • Payrate – $40ph + 8% holiday pay
  • Offices based in Auckland CBD, flex work from home
  • ASAP – end of September/October

 
The role:

This role is to lead and support community empowerment initiatives. Collaborate with community groups and internal teams to deliver educational programmes and events. Support the rollout of new services, campaigns, and funding opportunities to encourage innovative solutions in targeted communities.

In this role you will:

  • Lead and delivery of community engagement services
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with community groups and contractors delivering engagement services.
  • Oversee contract performance, manage budgets effectively, and carry out regular reviews to ensure quality and impact.
  • Collaborate across business units responsible for corporate sustainability, environmental education, and community development.
  • Support community involvement in the rollout of new services

 
About you:

We are we looking for:

  • 3-4 years’ experience in a programme management, contract and stakeholder management or any similar fields
  • Leadership skills
  • Highly developed personal resilience with the ability to lead, adapt and deliver within a constantly shifting environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Experience in the public sector would be highly advantageous.
