Health and Safety Coordinator

We are sourcing for our client, a well-established technical services provider operating in high-risk environments. They are seeking a proactive and digitally capable Health & Safety Coordinator to support their day to day operations. This is a temporary part time role with potential to grow into a more permanent opportunity over time.

About the Organisation:

The team delivers specialised access and maintenance solutions for complex structures, with a strong emphasis on safety, compliance, and operational excellence. The work environment involves coordination with skilled field technicians and a supportive office-based team. The organisation is ISO-accredited and committed to continuous improvement in health and safety practices. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct internal health and safety audits aligned with ISO accreditation standards
  • Document processes and contribute to quality improvements
  • Support the admin and project teams with documentation and other tasks as needed
  • Manage the process of renewing ISO accreditation

The Ideal Candidate Is:

  • Qualifiied in Health & Safety
  • Willing to be flexible and grow with the role as requirements shift 
  • Proactive, digitally competent, and comfortable with detailed documentation and note-taking
  • Able to work independently and remain motivaed but also support the team where required
