As the organisation continues to expand, we’re seeking a Regional Sales Manager to be based in their Lautoka office. You’ll lead sales performance across the Western region of Fiji and support ongoing growth in the area. The role
In this position, you’ll oversee regional sales activity, strengthen market presence, and guide a team to deliver strong portfolio growth. Your strength in building networks, nurturing partnerships, and developing new business channels will be central to your success.
As the organisation continues to develop its presence across the Pacific, bilingual capability in English and Samoan are essential. This creates opportunities for future cross‑branch exposure, shared learning, and broader regional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the West region to drive branch performance, achieve strong sales results, and deliver growth across lending, deposit products, and other financial products
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers, business partners, employers, SMEs, and community networks
- Provide hands‑on sales leadership, coaching, mentoring, and performance development to the team
- Strengthen market visibility through proactive business development and community engagement
- Oversee sales planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and reporting
- Identify emerging opportunities and lead targeted initiatives to support growth
- Ensure alignment with compliance, governance requirements, and operational standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional branch environment
What You’ll Bring
- Proven success leading sales teams within financial services or a similar sector
- A strong record of winning new business, growing portfolios, and delivering sustained performance
- Well‑developed coaching, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement capability
- Commercial acumen, professional presence, and the ability to build credibility and strong networks quickly
- Experience working across diverse communities and cultures
- A collaborative leadership style grounded in integrity and accountability
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, or Management
- Fluency in English and Samoan
- A clean, full driver’s licence
